## English

### 1\. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the **Logiq** mobile application (“App”), published under the brand **Ulinto**, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, install, or use the App.

### 2\. Description of the App

Logiq is a mobile logic puzzle and brain-training game featuring a collection of games including Queens, Tango, Zip, Sudoku, Flow, Tents, Nest, Memory, 2048, and daily challenges. The base version of the App is provided free of charge, supported by digital advertising.

### 3\. License to Use

Ulinto grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run the App on your personal compatible devices strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

You agree **not** to:

-   Copy, reproduce, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the App or its game engines.
-   Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any binary code or assets of the App.
-   Distribute, lease, sell, or sub-license the App.
-   Exploit bugs, manipulate game state or leaderboard submissions through automated tools or cheats.
-   Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.

### 4\. Advertising and In-App Purchases

#### 4.1 In-App Advertising

The free version of Logiq displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. These advertisements enable us to maintain and support ongoing development of the App.

#### 4.2 Logiq Premium Subscription

An optional annual or periodic subscription (“Logiq Premium”) is offered via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store:

-   **Benefits**: Completely removes banner, interstitial, and rewarded ad placements, and unlocks unlimited hints, undo moves, and grid restarts.
-   **Billing & Renewal**: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon purchase confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
-   **Cancellation**: You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time within your device’s App Store or Google Play account settings.

### 5\. Intellectual Property

All game designs, puzzle algorithms, graphics, visual user interface, branding, code, and trademarks associated with Logiq are the exclusive property of Ulinto and its licensors, protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

### 6\. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided **“as is”** and **“as available”**, without warranty of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all hardware and operating system versions.

### 7\. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ulinto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

### 8\. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App following any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Logiq es una aplicación de rompecabezas lógicos y entrenamiento mental que reúne una colección de 9 juegos: Queens, Tango, Zip, Sudoku, Flow, Tents, Nest, Memory, 2048 y desafíos diarios. La versión básica de la Aplicación se proporciona de forma gratuita, financiada con publicidad digital.

### 3\. Licencia de Uso

Ulinto le otorga una licencia limitada, no exclusiva, intransferible y revocable para instalar y ejecutar la Aplicación en sus dispositivos personales compatibles, estrictamente para fines de entretenimiento personal y no comercial, de conformidad con estos Términos.

Usted se compromete a **no**:

-   Copiar, reproducir, modificar, traducir o crear obras derivadas de la Aplicación o de sus motores de juego.
-   Descompilar, desensamblar o realizar ingeniería inversa en el código binario o recursos de la Aplicación.
-   Distribuir, arrendar, vender o sublicenciar la Aplicación.
-   Explotar errores, vulnerabilidades o utilizar herramientas automáticas para alterar puntuaciones o clasificaciones.
-   Utilizar la Aplicación para cualquier fin ilícito o que infrinja la legislación aplicable.

### 4\. Publicidad y Compras dentro de la App

#### 4.1 Publicidad dentro de la Aplicación

La versión gratuita de Logiq muestra anuncios proporcionados por Google AdMob, lo que hace posible el acceso y mantenimiento gratuito continuo del servicio.

#### 4.2 Suscripción Logiq Premium

Se ofrece una suscripción opcional («Logiq Premium») a través de Apple App Store y Google Play Store:

-   **Beneficios**: Eliminación íntegra de anuncios publicitarios (banners, intersticiales y recompensados), pistas (Zaps) ilimitadas y reinicios o movimientos deshechos sin límite.
-   **Facturación y renovación**: El importe se cargará en su cuenta de Apple o Google Play tras la confirmación de la compra. La suscripción se renueva automáticamente a menos que se cancele al menos 24 horas antes de la finalización del periodo de facturación actual.
-   **Cancelación**: Puede gestionar o cancelar su suscripción en cualquier momento desde los ajustes de su cuenta de App Store o Google Play.

### 5\. Propiedad Intelectual

Todos los diseños de juego, algoritmos de resolución, elementos gráficos, interfaz de usuario, marcas registradas y código asociados a Logiq son propiedad exclusiva de Ulinto y sus licenciantes, protegidos por leyes de propiedad intelectual e industrial.

### 6\. Exclusión de Garantías

La Aplicación se proporciona **«tal cual»** y **«según disponibilidad»**, sin garantías de ningún tipo, ya sean expresas o implícitas. No garantizamos que el funcionamiento sea ininterrumpido, esté libre de errores o sea compatible con la totalidad de los terminales del mercado.

### 7\. Limitación de Responsabilidad

En la medida máxima permitida por la legislación aplicable, Ulinto no será responsable de ningún daño indirecto, incidental, especial o consecuente derivado del uso o de la imposibilidad de uso de la Aplicación.

### 2\. Description du Service

Logiq est une application mobile de jeux de réflexion et d’entraînement cérébral regroupant plusieurs puzzles logiques (Queens, Tango, Zip, Sudoku, Flow, Tents, Nest, Memory, 2048 et défis du jour). L’accès de base est fourni gratuitement et est financé par la publicité numérique.

### 3\. Licence d’Utilisation

Ulinto vous accorde une licence personnelle, non exclusive, non transférable et révocable d’installation et d’utilisation de l’Application sur vos appareils personnels, uniquement pour un usage privé et non commercial.

Il vous est strictement **interdit** de :

-   Copier, modifier, adapter, distribuer ou créer des œuvres dérivées de l’Application ou de son contenu.
-   Décompiler, désassembler ou tenter d’obtenir le code source de l’Application par ingénierie inverse.
-   Exploiter des failles ou des logiciels tiers pour fausser les scores ou classements.
-   Utiliser l’Application à des fins frauduleuses ou illégales.

### 4\. Publicité et Achats Intégrés

#### 4.1 Publicités dans l’Application

La version gratuite de Logiq intègre des annonces publicitaires diffusées via Google AdMob, permettant d’assurer la gratuité du service.

#### 4.2 Abonnement Logiq Premium

Un abonnement optionnel (« Logiq Premium ») est disponible à l’achat via l’App Store d’Apple et Google Play :

-   **Avantages** : Suppression intégrale des bannières et interstitiels publicitaires, indices et retours en arrière illimités.
-   **Facturation et renouvellement** : Le paiement est débité sur votre compte Apple ou Google Play à la confirmation d’achat. L’abonnement se renouvelle automatiquement sauf résiliation au moins 24 heures avant l’échéance de la période en cours.
-   **Gestion et annulation** : Vous pouvez modifier ou annuler votre abonnement à tout moment dans les réglages de votre compte App Store ou Google Play.

### 5\. Propriété Intellectuelle

L’ensemble des éléments constituant l’Application — notamment la marque Logiq, les logos, designs, logiques de jeu, animations et codes sources — est la propriété exclusive d’Ulinto et demeure protégé par les législations nationales et internationales relatives à la propriété intellectuelle.

### 6\. Exclusion de Garanties

L’Application est mise à votre disposition **« en l’état »** et **« selon disponibilité »**, sans garantie expresse ou tacite d’aucune sorte. Nous ne pouvons garantir l’absence totale d’erreurs, d’interruptions de service ou une compatibilité absolue avec tous les terminaux.

### 7\. Limitation de Responsabilité

Dans les limites autorisées par la loi, Ulinto ne saurait être tenue responsable des dommages indirects, accessoires ou consécutifs résultant de l’utilisation ou de l’impossibilité d’utiliser l’Application.

### 8\. Modification des CGU

Nous nous réservons le droit d’adapter les présentes Conditions à tout moment. Toute modification entrera en vigueur dès sa publication en ligne. Le maintien de votre utilisation de l’Application vaut acceptation sans réserve des Conditions ainsi révisées.
